Clapham Residential

Gould Singleton Architects were appointed to procure a full detailed Planning Application on land directly to the rear of Clapham High Street through to Stonhouse Street in Clapham, London.

During 2017 a pre-application submission was conducted with the Local Authority which was then followed by a full detailed Planning Application referenced 17/05368/FUL which was subsequently refused.

Since the refusal notice the applicant along with Gould Singleton has been working closely with all freeholders ensuring no harm is created as a result of proposed development. We also worked with the adjoining owners/applicant in respect of their development at 154-166 Clapham High Street and 162 Stonhouse Street, London.

Our proposals of part of this Application seek to obtain Planning Consent for 8 residential apartments which are primarily located at first, second and third floor with one of the residential units a duplex unit.

Above the third floor level is a communal roof terrace serving as a communal terrace but also is increased to provide additional amenity space for apartments 2, 5 and 6.
